i’ve been working professionally in pastry since 2017. i draw from my studies in poetry & homesteading to create a seasonally-inspired rotating menu of pastry. it is important to me to create an inclusive, ethical and accessible environment to share moments & memories. i allow myself the freedom of evolution without the limitations of rigid structure. intentionally unserious.

despite the rotating menu, i can’t help but keep around the cult classics. these are the savory pastries i can’t seem to shake:

“potatoes & molasses” danish w/ molasses caramelized onions, confit potatoes, sour cream & dill

mama’s meatball danish w/ seasoned ricotta, mini meatballs, sunday sauce, & pecorino.

west philly soft pretzels w/ maldon sea salt

here’s the thing, there is no set menu.
