WHAT’S THE DEAL AROUND HERE?
I’ve been baking professionally since 2017, and started this solo project in 2023 after discontent with the state of the industry. This project is rooted in boundaries to prevent burnout & practices that encourage community and authenticity.

I believe in the importance of ethical business practices & also showing the whimsical and unconventional sides of my operation.
